Before co-founding the wave momentum, Anne-Charlotte spent 20 years in CFO and business transformation roles at $10bn-plus companies in the automotive, energy, and rail manufacturing industries, where she built her deep expertise in operational excellence and a continuous improvement mindset that continues to shape her work today.
