Elie guides international entrepreneurs through their U.S. market entry, business development, and scale-up journey. His work focuses on the issues that directly drive revenue growth: commercial acceleration, market access, business development structuring, strategic partnerships, and scaling.

He co-founded the wave momentum in 2016, based in NYC, from where he supports international companies at all stages of their U.S. growth, with a focus on the Defense & Aerospace, Tech & Innovation, and Finance & Insurance sectors.

This expertise is rooted in Élie's own entrepreneurial journey. After building his first management consulting business in France between 2001 and 2004, Élie moved to New York in 2005 to internationalize the company, going on to lead its expansion across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India. Specialized in process automation for trading floors, the firm was later acquired by Sia Partners. 

Between 2013 and 2016, Élie invested in several entrepreneurial ventures before founding the wave momentum, bringing this experience to other leaders facing the realities of the U.S. market.
